EVE Frontier is preparing to launch its first official Winter Classic PvP Tournament on December 6 and 7, 2025. Teams of five to ten players can register between November 10 and 24, and each team must field five ships using a 50 point limit. Different ship classes carry different point values, encouraging teams to plan their lineup carefully.
Matches will take place inside an Exclave Accelerator Facility, where a strict 50 kilometer radius forms the combat arena. Any ship that leaves this boundary is immediately destroyed. Players can use both the tight interior spaces and the open exterior area to outmaneuver opponents. Each match lasts up to ten minutes. If the score is tied, the game enters sudden death with increasing speed boosts, and a final round involving Sarana class drones if needed.
Prizes include Grace rewards for the top three teams, and the champions will also receive tickets to EVE Fanfest 2026. A separate social media contest will run during the same period, inviting players to create promotional images or videos. Ten finalists will be showcased and the top three creators will earn additional Grace awards.
