Memoria has officially launched Memoria L1, its own Layer 1 blockchain, now live on the Avalanche network and powered by AvaCloud. The new chain aims to serve as the central hub for the Memoria & Albert Ecosystem, streamlining gaming, NFTs, and token-based transactions.
With the launch, $ALBERT becomes the ecosystem’s native currency, used for everything from marketplace payments to gas fees. Migration of assets, NFTs, and smart contracts from Ethereum and Avalanche C-Chain is currently underway.
The mainnet for Memoria L1 went live on April 15, with a two-phase migration process already in motion. Phase 1 included token distribution via Memo-Tickets, NFT migration, and staking updates. Phase 2 will introduce the Memoria Marketplace, the next season of Idle Chronicles, Blitz Chronicles beta, and an updated Daily Wheel.
Memoria’s move marks a significant step in building a self-contained, blockchain-powered gaming ecosystem.
