The Snapdragon G2 Gen 2 delivers up to 2.3x faster CPU and 3.8x better GPU performance, supports QHD+ at 144Hz, and features Wi-Fi 7 for smoother cloud gaming.
The Snapdragon G1 Gen 2, aimed at entry-level cloud gaming, boasts 80% better CPU and 25% better GPU performance. It supports FHD+ at 120Hz, doubling the refresh rate of its predecessor.
Brands like Ayaneo, Retroid, and OneXPlayer will integrate these chips into upcoming handhelds. Devices featuring the new Snapdragon G Series are set to launch later this quarter.
