UAE-based gametech startup PlaysOut has secured $7 million in seed funding, led by KBW Ventures, with participation from OKX Ventures and Pacific Century Group. The investment values the company at $70 million and will fuel expansion into key markets, including the US, MENA, and Asia.
Founded in 2024 by Jassem Osseiran and Alex W, PlaysOut provides a mini-games engine and SDK that enables seamless integration into platforms like Telegram, Discord, and YouTube. The upcoming blockchain-integrated SDK, launching in May, will simplify game development while enhancing security and monetization options for developers.
PlaysOut plans to use the funding to expand its game library, strengthen strategic partnerships, and grow its global user base. With backing from top investors and a vision to innovate mini-games, the company is well-positioned to lead in the evolving gametech landscape.
